I love the fiber Arts, and I handknit, machine knit, crochet, cross stitch, spin and even have done some inkle weaving. My other love is Bird Watching. Like most knitters I have cats. I reside in San Diego, Ca where I still knit and wear sweaters I dont think my thermostat works right, I am cold most of the time and love it hot.
Wow! Your lace top looks great! This is your first machine-knit lace piece?! You should be proud. I've never tried knitting lace with two strands of yarn. Wasn't sure if it worked. Obviously it does. I'll definitely have to keep that in mind. Did you use a ribber to knit the ribbing?
